Handled inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective students and parents.

Introduced and explained available courses, programmes, entry requirements, fees, study duration, career pathways, and available intakes.

Assessed students' needs and recommended suitable courses based on their qualifications, interests, and career aspirations.

Followed up with prospective students through calls and messaging platforms to maintain engagement and encourage enrolment.
