Manage inventory levels, including stocktaking, ordering, and receiving of goods, to minimize waste and ensure availability of products.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively, resolving issues to maintain a positive dining experience.

Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer traffic.

Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and manage labor costs.

Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational efficiency goals for the outlet.

Possess a strong understanding of food and beverage products, including preparation methods and presentation standards.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to interact effectively with staff and customers.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.

Supervise and train junior staff on food preparation, service techniques, and customer interaction to maintain high service quality.

Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktaking, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the outlet, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
