Full Time Restaurant Manager (Japanese Restaurant) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in BR Guest Group Selangor - Maukerja

SPM and above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Prior experience in restaurant/F&B management preferred, preferably in Japanese cuisine, but not mandatory

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Japanese an advantage

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction

Plan and manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and manpower allocation

Monitor sales performance, control food and labor costs, and manage budgets

Handle procurement, supplier negotiations, and inventory management

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary

Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance

Prepare operational reports for upper management
