• Has experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.

• Has a good understanding of basic Malaysian employment/labour laws.

• Is mature, principled, and has strong communication skills

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Arrange onboarding and employee training

• Identify and develop potential employees
