We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior HR to support our HR Manager with day-to-day HR administration, documentation, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize HR documents, forms, letters, and employee records
• Update employee information, leave, attendance, and other HR records
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and related documentation
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and coordination
• Follow up on employee documents, signatures, and information collection
• Assist the HR Manager with daily HR operations and other assigned tasks

About the Role 

This role focuses mainly on HR documentation and administration, while providing support to the HR Manager. You will not be required to independently handle complex Employee Relations or Performance Management matters.
