Experience in a purchasing or procurement role is a plus.

Strong communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Ability to work in a team environment

Maintain and update procurement records and vendor information

Co-ordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse and outlets to ensure timely delivery of goods

Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring

Help analyse and review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance

Handle general purchasing-related enquiries and resolve issues with suppliers when required.

Perform other purchasing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
