Requirements
Minimum 1 year banking sales experience
Banking / Financial Services / Property / Real Estate experience is highly preferred
Strong prospecting & business development skills
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Target-driven and comfortable with sales KPIs
Existing network with property agents/developers/brokers is an advantage
Knowledge of mortgage financing or property market is a plus
Responsibilities
* Acquire new customers and achieve monthly mortgage sales targets
* Develop business through property agents, developers, brokers & other partners
* Recommend suitable mortgage financing solutions based on customer needs
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Cross-sell mortgage-related products such as MRTA & MLTA
* Manage customers throughout the mortgage application and approval process
* Identify new business opportunities through networking and partnerships
* Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements
