Full Time Junior Grinding Machinist Jobs, in Tonasco Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Vocational Certificate in machining, or equivalent, with good experience in grinding.

Experience in high-precision manufacturing preferred.

Proficient in operating manual and/or CNC surface grinders.

1~3 years’ experience as a surface grinding machinist.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

Able to use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure tight tolerances

Good track record of work discipline, positive attitude, good team player.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Set up and operate manual surface grinders (brand Okamoto) from the process of wheels selection, fixture and parameter to the grinding process.

Independently operate grinding machine to grind any metal workpieces to drawing specifications in term of dimension & appearance while ensure high-quality outcome. Tolerance of the part up to 0.002mm.

Develop and refine grinding parameters to improve cycle time and surface quality. Collaborate with NPI engineer on new product introductions.

Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on machines to maintain product quality.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
