Full Time Retail Team Leader Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in SOGO (K.L.) Department Store WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma / Degree in Retail Management or any related field.

2-3 years of supervisory working experience in similar capacity in retail business, Department Store experience preferred.

Strong leadership skills with positive attitude and good problem solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.

Good command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for Retail Assistant position.

Tentative start date will in October 2026.

To assist in managing and coordinating the promotional events with all related parties.

To ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.

To supervise staff and promoters’ manpower coverage, discipline and conduct are in accordance to the Company’s policies and regulations.

To supervise the daily operational activities on selling floor which includes staff and promoters providing the appropriate service standards to customers, shopping environment and customer’s facilities.
