• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Experience in admissions, sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin both written and spoken.

• Mandarin proficiency is required as this role involves regular communication and liaison with parents from China, including enquiries, follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day correspondence.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Confident, proactive, organised and target-driven.

• Positive attitude with a passion for education and student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on prospective student and parent enquiries across various communication channels.

• Build strong relationships with families and guide them from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment.

• Achieve individual and/or team student enrolment targets.

• Conduct school tours, admissions consultations and presentations for prospective families.

• Support Open Days, education fairs, school events and other student recruitment activities.

• Develop partnerships and identify new opportunities to drive student recruitment and enrolment growth.
