GCE ‘N’ Level or above / SPM Level and above.

Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands.

Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service with a proven sales track record

Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style.

Well-groomed, personable, and confident, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment

Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.

Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, encompassing craftsmanship, design intent, styling possibilities, and the brand stories behind each piece, to deliver confident and engaging customer advice.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through active customer engagement and tailored product recommendations

Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records.

Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.

Coordinate and fulfil customer orders, including in-store collection and delivery arrangements

Support the execution of in-store campaigns, promotions, and events

Able to commit to retail hours
