Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to lead small-scale IT projects or support Senior Project Managers in the implementation and maintenance of clients' IT infrastructure, software, and applications.

The role may also involve managing day-to-day service operations for IT maintenance contracts and ensuring that client requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.

• Track project progress and ensure project activities are completed according to schedule.

• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues.

• Support the resolution of project-related challenges and operational issues.
