Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an operations support role ( in food manufacturing shall be beneficial )

Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.

Familiarity with manufacturing or food industry operations is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.

Lead and manage operators

Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with different departments to manage inventory and logistics.

Maintain accurate records of operational activities and data entry.

Support the operations manager in planning and executing operational strategies.

Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.

Handle administrative duties related to operations, such as scheduling and correspondence.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
