Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with marketplace advertising, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads is preferred.
  • Able to analyze sales and advertising data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with vouchers, product bundles, affiliate commissions, and marketplace campaign mechanics.
  • Commercially minded, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing pricing, promotions, and advertising budgets.
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop Ads, Shopee Ads, and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the brand's TikTok Shop and Shopee stores, including product listings, pricing, product bundles, vouchers, and campaign submissions.
  • Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns, including payday promotions, double-date campaigns, flash sales, and livestream offers.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, advertising spend, MER, ROAS, conversion rate, average order value, and cost per order.
  • Identify high-performing products, target audiences, creatives, and promotions, and recommend appropriate budget adjustments.
  • Manage TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate programs, including commission settings, product invitations, and creator follow-ups.
  • Coordinate product seeding, affiliate samples, and creator tracking with the Content team.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, reviews, and store presentation to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate campaign inventory with Operations or fulfillment partners.
  • Review campaign pricing, voucher stacking, and platform fees to prevent unprofitable promotions.
  • Prepare concise weekly sales and campaign performance reports for the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure all platform activities comply with company pricing policies and approved product claims.
