Minimum of 3 years of experience operating crawler cranes.

Valid crawler crane operator license or certification.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting load charts and site plans.

Strong understanding of crane mechanics and maintenance procedures.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.

Physical fitness to perform tasks associated with crane operation.

Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently to lift and move materials on construction sites.

Perform pre-operation checks on the crane, including inspecting cables, hooks, and other safety devices.

Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure accurate placement of materials.

Monitor crane performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operation.

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including load limits and exclusion zones.

Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other site workers.

Maintain a clean and organized work area around the crane.
