Job Requirements

• Aggressive, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sales mindset.

• Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with outdoor sales, customer visits, and project site visits.

• Strong ability to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships.

• Sales experience in the construction, building materials, ready-mix concrete, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Willing to travel for customer and project site visits.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers, including construction companies, contractors, developers, and project sites.

• Generate new sales opportunities and develop new customer accounts.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Promote the company’s ready-mix concrete products and services through customer visits and marketing activities.

• Identify new projects, market opportunities, and potential customers to drive business growth.

• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales leads.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Conduct customer and project site follow-ups as required.
