Previous experience in restaurant or F&B operations is preferred.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred/required for communication with customers and team members.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Supervise and guide service crew to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor service quality and ensure excellent customer experience.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower allocation.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.

Assist in monitoring stock and restaurant supplies.

Train and coach new and existing team members.

Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.
