Full Time Restaurant Captain – Mandarin Speaking Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Michelin Cuisine WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality is an advantage.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred/required.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to lead and coordinate a team effectively.

Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Assist the Restaurant Supervisor and Manager with daily operations.

Lead and coordinate the service crew during operating hours.

Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service.

Assist with table arrangements and customer seating.

Monitor food and beverage service quality.

Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

Assist in training and guiding new service crew.

Support smooth restaurant operations and perform other duties assigned by Management.
