Full Time Recruitment Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 + bonus in Brightstar Computer Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• 1–3 years of experience in Payroll or HR Operations.

• Hands-on experience with Worksy HRIS or other cloud-based HR systems is highly preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting system issues.

Payroll Management

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Manage and submit statutory contributions including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, and PCB (LHDN).

• Prepare EA Forms and assist with tax-related matters.

HRIS Administration (Worksy)

• Maintain and update employee records, leave balances, and attendance in Worksy HRIS.

• Act as the system administrator to troubleshoot issues and configure system settings.

• Liaise with HRIS vendors when technical support is required.

• Support digitalization and improvement of HR workflows.

HR Operations Support

• Assist with onboarding of new employees including system setup and biometric registration.

• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, leave, and HR system usage.

• Prepare monthly HR reports for management.
