Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.

  • Responsible and willing to learn.

  • Able to work as part of a team.

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Tanggungjawab

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.

  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.

  • Serve food and beverages according to company standards.

  • Assist customers with menu enquiries and recommendations.

  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.

  • Assist with table setting and clearing.

  • Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.

  • Support the restaurant team with daily operations.

  • Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
