Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.

Location : Puchong

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software and administrative procedures.

Must be able to work onsite at our Puchong location.

Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the accounting department, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to company policies.

Assist in accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring data integrity.

Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations by gathering data, verifying information, and performing necessary calculations with a high degree of accuracy.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation of vendor statements, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for accounting documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
