Possess a Diploma in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Demonstrate 3-5 years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating production schedules.

Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with production teams, engineering, procurement, and management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and inventory management principles.

Proactive approach to identifying potential production issues and implementing preventative measures.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

Collaborate with production supervisors and team leads to monitor daily production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.

Gather and analyze production data, including output, scrap rates, and lead times, to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, ensuring timely replenishment.

Support the procurement team by generating material requirements plans based on production schedules and inventory levels.

Communicate production status updates to relevant stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and management.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production challenges and develop solutions.

Learn and utilize the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.

Assist in the implementation of new production planning processes and tools.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
