Full Time Senior Accounts Executive - Accountant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,600 in AMICI FOOD SOLUTIONS SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and support the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting, including GL, AP, AR and month-end closing.
• Manage supplier invoices, payments, customer collections and account reconciliations.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring and financial reports.
• Monitor AP/AR ageing and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Assist with payroll accounting and statutory payments including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and customers when required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.
• Support budgeting, cost control and management reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full-set accounting is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Manufacturing / F&B industry experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
