Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Preferably with experience in F&B, retail or customer service.
Good communication skills and enjoy coaching others.
Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Train and guide new crew members on Taco Bell standards and procedures.
Conduct on-the-job training for food preparation, service and restaurant operations.
Ensure team members follow food safety, cleanliness and operational standards.
Monitor trainees' progress and provide coaching and feedback.
Support the management team in building a well-trained and high-performing restaurant team.
