Key Responsibilities:

1. Process sales orders accurately based on prescriptions and customer requests.

2. Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and maintain proper documentation.

3. Organize prescriptions and update operational records.

4. Pack and label products according to company procedures.

5. Coordinate with the laboratory and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

6. Arrange deliveries with drivers and courier services, and monitor delivery status.

7. Follow up on delivery issues and ensure successful order completion.

8. Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and filing systems.

9. Support daily administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
