• Diploma, degree or portfolio in e-commerce, digital marketing, content, design or a related discipline.

• Comfortable with social platforms, simple design/video tools and spreadsheet reporting.

• Strong writing, visual judgement and operational follow-through.

• Understands that content must connect to an executable product and fulfilment process.
