The Operation & Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of goods, and supporting operational processes to ensure smooth order fulfilment. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (essential for negotiating with overseas suppliers, local distributors, and site teams).

• Proficient in Google sheet & Microsoft Office applications.

• Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional negotiation and cost-saving skills.

• Highly organized, data-driven, and able to perform under tight project deadlines.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good team player.

• End-to-End Procurement: Manage purchasing cycles from initial requisitions to PO issuance, factory lead-time tracking, delivery verification, and system closure.

• Technical Sourcing & Negotiation: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and payment terms.

• Project & Order Fulfillment: Coordinate closely with Sales Engineers, Technicians, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to project sites and client facilities.

• Data Tracking: Leverage Google Sheets and MS Office for price comparison matrixes, import lead-time trackers, and dynamic stock replenishment forecasts.

• Supplier & Logistics Management: Maintain up-to-date supplier databases, handle import/customs clearance procedures with freight forwarders, and track vendor lead times.

• Compliance & Inventory Control: Audit incoming stock levels to prevent stockouts of critical spares and ensure compliance with internal purchasing guidelines.
