Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Administration, Finance or related field.

• Candidates with prior internship or work experience in HR within financial services, banking or insurance industry will have an added advantage.

• FRESH graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail oriented, organised and dependable.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

• Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing employment agreements and new-hire paperwork.

• Monitor and track licensing requirements.

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking sheets and recruitment databases.

• Assist in recruitment events and career talks.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the recruitment team.
