Requirements:

• Available for September/October Intake with a minimum commitment of3 months (longer durations are more than welcomed!).

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and Microsoft Word.

• Comfortable and proactive in leveraging AI tools to optimize day-to-day tasks and workflows.

• Prior exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and auditing is a strong advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• A dedicated team player who collaborates effectively and thrives in a supportive work environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Finance Admin Intern to learn the ropes of our finance department! You will work closely with our team members and get hands-on experience with real, impactful projects—including transition of our major ERP system and year-end financial reporting.

What You Will Do

• Financial & Management Reporting: Support the preparation of crucial documents, including financial statements, the Annual Report, and various management reporting deliverables.

• System Transition & Data Migration: Assist in the ongoing transition to our new ERP system, providing vital support for data migration and system testing.

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist with AR operations, including professionally following up with customers regarding outstanding receivables.

• AI & Process Optimization: Leverage modern AI tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and boost overall efficiency in day-to-day financial tasks.

• Team Support: Provide general, ad-hoc administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department.
