Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, operations, or a related field.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Mature, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office/Excel, are an advantage.

Candidates with experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics coordination, or order fulfilment are encouraged to apply.

Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with relevant parties.

Maintain accurate inventory records, warehouse documents, and shipment records.

Monitor stock levels and assist with regular stock checks.

Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Service teams regarding daily warehouse activities.

Assist in resolving operational and warehouse-related issues.

Ensure warehouse activities are carried out according to company procedures and safety standards.

Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by Management.
