SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.

Team player with a mature personality and good communication skills.

Positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D) and own a car.

Must be able to work after office hours when necessary.

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.

Take charge of assigned products and ensure smooth operations while providing continuous service support.

Perform installation and commissioning of machines/equipment on-site.

Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment in-house or on-site.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide quality after-sales support.

Liaise and work closely with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues.
