3–5 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years of blockchain or smart contract development experience.

Strong proficiency in Solidity and EVM smart contract development.

Good understanding of Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, or similar EVM networks.

Familiar with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 and common token standards.

Hands-on experience with Hardhat, Foundry, OpenZeppelin, or similar smart contract development frameworks.

Experience with Ethers.js, Web3.js, or Viem.

Good understanding of smart contract security, access control, upgradeability, multisig, timelock, and proxy patterns.

Familiar with common smart contract vulnerabilities such as reentrancy, access control issues, oracle manipulation, front-running, and signature replay.

Experience with smart contract testing, debugging, and gas optimization.

Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Able to read and understand English technical documentation.

Good communication skills in English or Mandarin.

Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.

Develop and maintain smart contracts on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and other EVM-compatible networks.

Build token-related contracts, including ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, vesting, staking, and reward mechanisms.

Develop and integrate DeFi-related features such as liquidity pools, staking, token distribution, and on-chain incentive systems.

Integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend systems using Ethers.js, Web3.js, or Viem.

Develop blockchain transaction monitoring, event listeners, and on-chain data processing services.

Write unit tests, integration tests, deployment scripts, and automated contract testing.

Perform gas optimization and improve smart contract efficiency.

Review smart contract code and identify potential security vulnerabilities.

Support smart contract audits and work with external security audit teams when required.

Maintain technical documentation and contract deployment records.

Troubleshoot blockchain, RPC, wallet, and smart contract-related issues.

Work closely with product and engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
