Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent).

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a personal driver or in a similar driving role, demonstrating a strong understanding of safe driving practices.

Excellent knowledge of Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and surrounding areas, including efficient route planning to ensure punctuality.

Demonstrated ability in time management to adhere to schedules and appointments reliably.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication; Mandarin is a strong asset.

Ability to maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.

Professional and courteous demeanor, with a commitment to providing a high level of service to the employer.

Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the employer's schedule.

Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Familiarity with navigation tools and GPS systems.

Safely operate a company vehicle to transport personnel and company-related items to various destinations within and around Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas, adhering strictly to all traffic laws and company policies.

Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including regular checks of fuel, oil, tire pressure, and other essential fluids, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to the designated supervisor.

Plan and execute daily routes efficiently, utilizing GPS navigation and knowledge of local traffic patterns to ensure timely arrivals for appointments, meetings, and other scheduled activities.

Assist passengers with loading and unloading personal belongings or company materials, ensuring their safety and security during transit.

Provide a high level of customer service to passengers, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, and responding to their needs with discretion.

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any expenses incurred during work-related travel, submitting these reports in a timely manner.

Be available for flexible working hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on the transportation needs of the company and its personnel.

Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatchers regarding arrival times, potential delays, and any changes to the schedule.

Ensure the security of the vehicle and its contents when parked or unattended, following company protocols for vehicle safety.
