Full Time Ecommerce Operations Executive (Mandarin Speaking) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Decho WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.

Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or livestream operations is an added advantage.

Familiar with e-commerce platform Seller Centres and marketplace management tools.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to understand and analyse marketplace data.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong sense of responsibility with good follow-up and coordination skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and respond quickly to operational issues.

Mandarin speaking is required/preferred for communication and business operations.

Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, product images, descriptions, and inventory information.

Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, and other sales activities.

Monitor sales performance, campaign results, and key marketplace metrics.

Prepare regular performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Monitor competitor activities and marketplace trends to identify new business opportunities.

Liaise with platform account managers and support teams regarding campaigns, operational issues, policy updates, store performance, and marketing resources.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and promotional activities are executed according to schedule.

Perform other e-commerce operational duties as assigned by Management.
