Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade.
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG export sales (Food & Beverage preferred).
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation (BL, COO, Customs forms).
- Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new overseas distributors and buyers.
- Manage the full export cycle: order processing, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
- Build strong relationships with existing international clients to drive repeat orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production/Logistics) to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in target countries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
