Full Time Sales Supervisor (FMCG - F&B) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

2–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English proficiency.

Supervise and coach a team of sales staff.

Plan daily sales routes and coverage schedules.

Drive secondary sales and ensure distribution of new SKUs.

Conduct joint visits (JV) with team members to close deals.

Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback.

Ensure merchandising standards (visibility, pricing, POP materials).
