Currently pursuing Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, F&B, Hospitality or related field.

Basic kitchen knowledge and genuine interest in cooking.

Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork, discipline and communication skills.

Willing to assist during events, weekends or public holidays when required.

Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking and garnishing, especially Indian cuisine.

Assist with catering event preparation, packing and setup.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.

Assist with ingredient preparation, stock arrangement and minimizing food wastage.

Follow recipes, instructions and proper kitchen procedures.

Support the kitchen team during busy operations and events.
