Experience in sales, customer service or consultative selling

Candidates with experience in interior design, cabinetry, renovation or related industries will have an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in handling enquiries, following up leads and closing sales

Able to work independently and manage multiple customer conversations effectively

Good coordination skills and attention to detail

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Knowledge of design software, quotation preparation or CRM systems is an added advantage

Attend to incoming enquiries and understand each client’s needs, budget and timeline

Follow up with leads consistently through WhatsApp, phone calls, Zoom meetings, showroom appointments and site visits

Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales journey

Recommend suitable cabinetry and renovation solutions based on customer requirements

Prepare and present quotations in coordination with the internal team

Handle objections professionally, negotiate confidently and convert enquiries into confirmed sales

Communicate customer requirements clearly to the internal team to support smooth project handover

Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status and sales progress in the company reporting system
