Experience in facial / beauty therapistORhair care specialist / scalp therapist

Training will be provided for laser pigmentation treatmentsorhair scalp/ hair growth treatments if needed

Beauty / Hair related certificate is an added advantage

Able to work weekends and public holidays

Provide professional facial, pigmentation removal, scalp care, and hair growth treatments according to company SOP.

Conduct skin and scalp analysis to recommend suitable treatments and products based on customers’ needs.

Assist in consultation with new and existing customers by explaining treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare advice.

Ensure all machines, laser equipment, and treatment accessories are clean, sanitized, and in good working condition after every treatment.

Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and treatment follow-ups professionally.

Follow daily opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth outlet operations, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
