• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in airline or travel agency ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems, such as Amadeus.
• Good understanding of fare rules, ticketing, invoicing, refunds, and exchange processes.
• Experience handling hotel bookings and travel-related services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling corporate or group travel bookings

Working Conditions:

• Combination of office-based work and travel, including leading tours when required.
• Flexibility is required to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• May require extended working hours and weekend work, depending on tour schedules and business requirements.

• Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

• Process Exchange Orders and ensure proper documentation and tracking.

• Process EOC refunds accurately and promptly.

• Manage itineraries such as multi-city trips, group bookings, and special requests.

• Handle hotel booking requests, car rentals, and airport transfer arrangements.

• Prepare and issue daily invoices for all transactions.

• Ensure all ticketing and booking processes comply with airline rules and fare conditions.

• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for support and updates.

• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and system enhancements.

• Provide after-office-hours support on a rotational basis (monthly), including weekends and public holidays, if required. This will apply upon confirmation after probation.
