Full Time Demi Chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in Vivente Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar kitchen role.

Proficiency in Italian, European, and Western cuisine preparation techniques.

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and high-quality manner.

Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to the Chef de Partie.

Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.
