Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, Xero, QuickBooks or similar is an advantage.

Basic understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements, including LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and SST.

Knowledge of e-Invoice and Malaysian tax requirements is an advantage.

Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Able to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other departments.

Responsible, honest, proactive and willing to learn.

Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple finance-related tasks efficiently.

English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Must be willing to work in a technology/start-up environment and adapt to changing business requirements.

Assist in managing the company’s daily accounting and financial transactions.

Perform accurate data entry, bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.

Prepare and process customer invoices, supplier invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.

Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure supplier payments are processed on time.

Perform bank, petty cash and account reconciliations.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, cash flow and expense reports.

Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment records, bank statements and other financial documents.

Assist with monthly payroll, employee claims, allowances and related documentation.

Support preparation of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory documentation.

Assist with LHDN, SST and e-Invoice matters where applicable.

Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax agents and company secretary when required.

Assist in preparing documents and information for audit and tax filing.

Monitor company expenses and assist management with budget and cash-flow tracking.

Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and proper approval procedures.

Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving financial or payment issues.

Maintain strict confidentiality of company, employee, customer and financial information.

Provide administrative and finance support to management and other departments.

Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management from time to time.
