Job Description

Requirements

  1. Possess a Diploma qualification, STPM, or Higher

  2. Skills : Communication, teamwork

  3. Attributes : Personal qualities like adaptability or attention to detail

Responsibilities

  1. Supervising and supporting customer service attendants such as Cashiers, Storekeeper and Cleaners

  2. Ensuring outstanding customer service and resolving customer complaints.

  3. Managing ALL report reconciliation, continuously to learn from Direct Superior on all

  4. Microsoft Office System.

  5. Monitoring fuel stock levels and coordinating deliveries.

  6. Ensuring the station compliances with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
