Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in M.H.Chua Brothers Selangor - Maukerja

Preferably 3-5 years experienced in handling full set of Accounts.

Knowledge of accounting software : Cirrus Software will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Words.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Able to communicate in written and spoken English & Mandarin

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable(AP), Accounts Receiveable(AR) and General Ledger(GL).

Prepare monthly closing, financial reports and supporting schedules.

Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all transaction are properly recorded.

Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments.

Process supplier invoices and payments.

Ensure invoices and progress billings are issued accurately and recorded properly.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Preparing tax returns,filing with the LHDN and advising on tax issues.

Assist in E-Invoice implementation and processing , ensuring all invoices are issued in compliance with requirements from LHDN.

Prepare documents and schedules for external audit and tax agents
