• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degreein Logistics, Transportation, Tourism Management, or a related field(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage dynamic daily schedules.

• Keen attention to detail for physical vehicle inspections and document verification.

• Basic understanding of Malaysian commercial transport regulations (PSV licensing, APAD permits, and road tax requirements).

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for logging mileage, fuel, and expense reports.

Primary Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatch: Prepare accurate daily schedules for drivers and vehicles while strictly preventing double bookings.

• Driver Management & Safety: Assign standby drivers and enforce mandatory rest periods to ensure driver safety and fatigue management.

• Vehicle Inspection & Rentals: Manage car rental handovers and returns, conducting thorough inspections for cleanliness and structural damage.

• Pre/Post-Trip Operations: Prepare, distribute, and verify pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection checklists.

• Compliance Monitoring: Verify the validity of driving licenses, PSV (Public Service Vehicle) licenses, vehicle permits, and road tax renewals.

• Fleet Maintenance Tracking: Track and coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance for all fleet vehicles.

• Expense & Log Audit: Record daily mileage, diesel consumption, Touch ’n Go expenses, and log reported vehicle defects for prompt repair.
