• Member Engagement & Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service, conduct gym tours, handle membership inquiries, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Administrative Operations: Manage daily front-desk administration, client registrations, and member record updates.

• Community & Events: Support and participate in community gym events, challenges, and specialized group sessions to maintain high member retention.
