Minimum 5 years’ experience in wellness or beauty-related industries.

Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking distributors and clients

Excellent interpersonal skills and sales-oriented mindset.

Possess own transport and willingness to travel within Malaysia or Overseas.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents and distributors.

Assist them in understanding the product, business model, compensation plan, and company systems.

Provide guidance on order placement, commissions, onboarding processes, and promotion.

Conduct regular training session (online and offline) on product knowledge, usage and benefits.

Ensure distributors understand company policies, ethical sales practices, and customer service standards.

Support new agents and distributors with onboarding programs and orientation.

Guide users in navigating the company’s online systems (ordering, commissions and tracking.)

Gather and report feedback from the field to improve internal system and processes.

Support the planning and execution of distributor’s events, recognition programs, and promotional campaigns.

Participate in roadshow, seminar, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
