• Experience in curtain installation, blinds installation, renovation, carpentry or related work is an advantage.

• Able to use basic hand tools and power tools.

• Familiar with drilling, mounting brackets, curtain tracks, rods and blinds installation.

• Able to carry out installation work carefully and accurately.

• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

• Willing to travel to customers’ homes, offices and project sites.

• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and installation work.

• Good communication skills and able to deal politely with customers.

• Responsible, punctual, hardworking and willing to work overtime when required.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Previous experience in curtain or furnishing installation will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Install curtains, curtain tracks, curtain rods, blinds and related furnishing products at customers’ premises.

• Carry out on-site installation according to approved measurements and installation requirements.

• Perform drilling, mounting, fitting and adjustment of curtain tracks, rods and brackets.

• Ensure curtains and blinds are installed properly, safely and neatly.

• Check measurements and installation locations before commencing work.

• Handle curtain fabrics, tracks and installation materials carefully to prevent damage.

• Conduct basic troubleshooting and adjustments when installation issues arise.

• Communicate professionally with customers during installation.

• Keep the work area clean and tidy after completing the installation.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Production and Operations teams to ensure installation schedules are completed on time.

• Collect and prepare the necessary tools and materials before going to site.

• Report any measurement, product or site issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Provide basic after-sales support and attend to installation-related issues when required.

• Maintain company tools, equipment and installation vehicles in good condition.

• Follow company safety procedures and maintain good workmanship standards.
