Positive working attitude with a strong sense of service.

Experience in F&B is preferred (Fresh candidates/trainees are welcome).

Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Good communication skills to interact politely and clearly with guests.

Language Required: Mandarin & English.

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.

Order Management: Introduce the menu, recommend signature dishes/drinks, and process orders accurately.

Table Service: Respond to guest needs promptly and provide a high-quality dining experience.

Payment Handling: Assist guests with the billing and checkout process.

Standard Operations: Assist in table clearing, setup, and general restaurant cleanliness.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of the menu and ongoing promotions.
