We are looking for Internship Clinic Assistant candidates from Diploma/Degree courses in Nursing, Pharmacy, Psychology, Business & Administration, or any Healthcare-related field. Candidates should be:

• Internship students are welcome to apply
• Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Able to work in Sri Hartamas, KL
• Child-loving and friendly
• Optimistic, responsible, and a good team player
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional in behaviour and appearance

Working Hours:
42 hours/week

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. As an Internship Clinic Admin, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in clinic operations, including handling inquiries, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Supporting the evaluation of children, including tracking growth and developmental milestones
• Maintaining patient records and filing, and familiarising with the clinic system
• Monitoring and managing inventory of clinic supplies to support daily operations
• Learning and understanding basic paediatric medical care and treatments for children
